Product Description: A unique solvent-based, V.O.C. compliant impregnator sealer, which penetrates grout, stone and masonry surfaces to protect against water and oil staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Non-yellowing, long-lasting formula. Will not change surface appearance. Specifically designed to bond with quartz and silica materials inherent to granite and grout.

Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 1,000 sq ft per gallon dependant on the porosity of the stone. Two coats are recommended for optimum performance. Cure time: 24 hrs. / repels water, 72 hrs / fully cured.

Directions: Always test product in an inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Surface must be sound, thoroughly clean and free from waxes, sealants or coatings of any kind. Apply product evenly using a low-pressure sprayer or lamb's wool applicator. Do not dilute.

Caution: Combustible. Keep away from heat, open flame, sparks and/or any possible ignition source. Keep work area well ventilated. Gloves and goggles should be worn at all times. Respirator suggested in larger areas or non-ventilated areas. Read directions and other cautions on back of container before use of this product.

Product Description: A unique cleaning formulation designed to clean without leaving water spots. Terrific evaporative action. Best for polished stone. Leaves no streaking.

Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 2,000 ft. per gallon dependant on severity of soiled stone. Dilution rate may slightly reduce cleaning effectiveness. Light duty areas may be diluted up to 12:1.

Directions: Always test product in an inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Always sweep floor thoroughly. Apply SPOTLESS into bucket. Add water and dilute SPOTLESS, as needed. Wipe dirty area clean using premixed Crystal Clean and a clean mop. Repeat as needed. When the solution becomes dirty or cloudy, replace it. For small areas, wipe, scrub and/or agitate solution onto surface using light duty, non-abrasive hand scrubber. Then wipe dry using a clean cloth. This solutions is designed for light duty cleaning. If stone and/or grout become extremely dirty, consider our Heavy Duty Cleaner for better results.

Product Description: A unique cleaning formulation designed to clean Grease, Grime, Soap Scum, Hard Water Spots and other soils and stains. Used for polished, honed, flamed and tumbled marble, granite, grout, limestone, travertine, natural stone and terrazzo surfaces. Will not harm polished stone. Non-acidic. Terrific for sanded and non-sanded grouts.

Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 2,000 ft. per gallon dependant on the severity of damage to the marble surface. For stone grout joints which has been heavily soiled, use at 2:1 ratio. Dilution rate may slightly reduce cleaning effectiveness. Light duty areas may be diluted up to 12:1.

Directions: Always test product in an inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Apply to designated area. For small areas, wipe, scrub and/or agitate product into surface using light duty, non-abrasive hand scrubber. For floors, apply product into designated areas. Use a tampico brush to agitate, simply scrub floor liberally. Now, let cleaner dwell, for best results, for approximately 2 to 10 minutes depending on severity. Dwell times allows synthetic surfactants to release, remove dirt to surface. Wipe or wet-vacuum clean form surface. Rinse if needed. For porous stone, remove product using wet-vacuum for best results. This completely removes soil from crevices.

Product Description: This tile and grout cleaner is designed to remove and suspend soil from ceramic tile and grout. Contains hydrofluoric acidic properties.

Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 2,000 ft. per gallon dependant on the porosity of stone or contaminated tile and grout.

Directions: For best results, use Heavy Duty Cleaner before applying TGX. Always test product in an inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Wet surface. Apply premixed Quick Clean to soiled area. Agitate and let dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse and repeat as needed dependant on soil and stains.

Caution: Hydrofluoric cleaning properties. Danger if swallowed. May be irritable to skin. Safety equipment suggested. Hand, eye and chemical resistant gloves should always be used when working with cleaning chemicals.
